The 2008 Year end meeting that usually occurs on the last Saturday of October will not be held.  This business of picking shoots for 2009 shoot year will occur via postal mail, e-mail & telephone.  All clubs are REQUIRED to submit there desired dates for 2009 by October 1, 2008.

• Conflicting dates will be resolved by mid-October between TSSA Sec/Treasurer and specific clubs.

• Approval for TSSA shoots (for a specific club) will be sent to NSSA once dues are received for the 2009 shoot year.

• A summary of 2009 shoots will be posted on the website as soon as they are received.
